How it works
Eligibility assessment
We assess whether your business and the occupations you need qualify for the Advertising Industry Labour Agreement and confirm there is no standard visa pathway available.
Labour Agreement negotiation
We prepare and submit the Labour Agreement request to the Department of Home Affairs, including the genuine need case, evidence of local recruitment attempts, and proposed terms.
Sponsorship and nomination
Once the Labour Agreement is approved, we prepare the Standard Business Sponsorship and nomination applications under the Labour Agreement stream.
Visa applications
